Terms of use
LAST UPDATED · JUN 2026 · EU
These terms cover use of studio.goodglyph.com and the basics of working with the desk. They're written to be readable; the engagement contract, where one exists, governs the specifics.
The site
The content here — writing, visuals, and the method as described — is the property of Goodglyph Studio and shared for your reference. You're welcome to link to it and quote it with attribution. Please don't republish whole pages or pass the work off as your own.
Case studies
Published case studies are sanitized: the structure of the problem and the shape of the answer are kept; client identity and sensitive details are removed. Nothing about a client is published without their consent.
Engagements
- Audit and monitoring scope, deliverables, and fees are agreed in writing before work starts. Published prices are indicative ranges.
- Deliverables are yours to keep and reuse once the engagement is paid in full.
- We read only public sources by default. Any private materials you share are used solely for the engagement and handled per our privacy policy.
No guarantees of outcome
We bring rigour, evidence, and clear systems. We don't promise market outcomes, price action, or that every reader will be persuaded — and we'll never frame our work that way. What we commit to is honest reading and legible deliverables.
Liability
The site is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Goodglyph Studio isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.
