Privacy policy

Goodglyph Studio is built to be privacy-light. We collect the minimum needed to reply to you, nothing more. We run no newsletter and no email lists. We don't sell data and we don't run surveillance analytics.
What we collect
- What you send us. If you use the contact form, we receive the details you choose to share — name, a way to reach you, project links, timeline, and your description of the problem.
- Privacy-light analytics. We use aggregate, cookieless analytics to count page views. No cross-site tracking, no advertising pixels, no fingerprinting.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry and to assess fit for a project. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you initiate.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to evaluate and, if relevant, deliver the work, then deleted. This site runs no newsletter and stores no subscriber data.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict its processing. Email us and we'll act within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
Sub-processors
We use a small number of reputable providers for email delivery, form handling, and hosting (Cloudflare Pages). Each processes data only on our instructions. A current list is available on request.
